Legal Disclosure

Disclaimer: Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in any tours organized by Speedy Bea’z LLC.

1. To make a reservation, you MUST use a major credit card. We do not accept checks. Client hereby verifies that the pickup date, time, number of passengers and billing information are correctly stated.
2. Tour Participation Agreement: By participating in any tour organized by Speedy Bea’z LLC, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined in this legal disclosure. Your participation is voluntary, and you acknowledge that Speedy Bea’z LLC assumes no liability for any risks or incidents that may occur during the tour.
3. Tour Itineraries: While Speedy Bea’z LLC makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and reliability of tour itineraries, we reserve the right to modify or cancel tours at our discretion. Factors such as weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or changes in local regulations may impact tour schedules. Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible. In case of an emergency, the company may subcontract rental to another transport service. The company is not responsible for fulfilling itineraries developed by the customer, which indicate a time that the customer expects to arrive at certain locations after the initial pick-up time.
4. Age Requirement: All participants must be of legal drinking age in the jurisdiction where the wine tour takes place. Proof of age may be required before the start of the tour. Speedy Bea’z LLC reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual who does not meet the age requirement.
5. Alcohol Consumption & Smoking: Wine tasting is a central component of our tours. Participants are encouraged to drink responsibly and in moderation. Intoxicated individuals may be denied further participation in the tour and may be responsible for their own transportation arrangements back to their accommodations. There is a cleanup fee of up to $350 for any bodily fluids on or in the vehicle. All vehicles are non-smoking (this includes all “vape devices”.) Any smoking or use of vape devices in the vehicle will result in a minimum fee of $500 to the credit card on file. SMOKING, THE ILLEGAL USE OF ALCOHOL/OR NARCOTICS OR CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ARE PROHIBITED AND WILL RESULTS IN ADDITIONAL CHARGES AND IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THE TRIP.
6. Liability for Damages: Participants are liable for any damage that occurs during the tour period, excluding normal wear and tear. This includes damages resulting from negligence, improper use, or intentional misconduct. (Rips, spills, burns, scratches or damage to the Flat Screen, DVD, stereo or other equipment.) Speedy Bea’z LLC reserves the right to assess and charge for any damages incurred beyond reasonable expectations. Participants may be held liable for the cost of repairs or restoration for such damage and will be invoiced and/or billed to the credit card on file.
7. Reservation Policy: Speedy Bea’z LLC reserves the right to collect a one-hour deposit to secure and place your reservation for the tour. Participants can make a full payment upfront. Modification of booking where an increase of riders is requested by You, the “Client”, will have to be approved by Speedy Bea’z LLC booking manager to verify that the booking can still be accommodated to not exceed the maximum number of passengers that can be legally transported within the original vehicle being booked. If additional vehicles are needed to accommodate your party will result in reapproval of the entire booking, additional fees or cost increase will be applied. Downgrades are not permitted. The client understands any changes to the contract, once signed, will and/or can result in a price increase. You understand that if the time surpasses the original reserved time listed above you are responsible for any and all related charges. Speedy Bea’z LLC will do its best to accommodate overage requests, however, once beyond the contracted agreement, additional time is not guaranteed, and all passengers will be returned to the drop off location. Any additional time will be invoiced and/or billed to the credit card on file.
8. Cancellation Policy: Speedy Bea’z LLC understand plans change, and we aim to accommodate our participants as best as possible. We require a seven-day cancellation notice for a fifty percent refund of the booking deposit. Cancellations within seven days will not be refunded, and cancellations within 48 hours of pick-up will incur a fee of 50% of the total bill or $100 (whichever is greater) charged to the card. Cancellations within 24 hours of pick-up will result in a 100% charge to the card. All sales are final, and non-refundable deposits are non-transferrable. If changes are requested by client and company is unable to accommodate the change, it is at Speedy Bea’z total discretion to cancel reservation which will result in the same cancellation policy.
9. Health and Safety: Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. Speedy Bea’z LLC takes all necessary precautions to ensure that our tours meet or exceed industry safety standards. However, participants acknowledge that certain activities may involve inherent risks, and they are responsible for assessing their own physical fitness and capabilities before participating. No firearms or weapons are allowed inside the vehicle. You will not allow Speedy Bea’z LLC or its owners to be liable for any unlawful act that your party or you might engage in. The driver has the right to terminate the service without refund if the driver or vehicle are subjected to dangerous or unsafe conditions caused by client, its agents, employees, or guests, or if the driver feels conduct of Client or associating parties is unsuitable.
10. Seat Belts: Speedy Bea’z LLC is subject to the current “Texas Seat Belt Laws”. All passengers transported by this carrier should be sure to “buckle up”. If passenger/passengers does/do not “buckle up”, Speedy Bea’z LLC is not responsible for any fines or injury/injuries caused by the passenger’s failure to comply with the law.
11. Liability Waiver: Participants understand and acknowledge that Speedy Bea’z LLC, its employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience incurred during the tour, including but not limited to accidents, illness, theft, or property damage. Participants are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance coverage.
12. Booking and Payment: All tour bookings are subject to availability and a deposit/full payment must be made in advance through Speedy Bea’z LLC’s official booking channels. Payment terms and cancellation policies vary depending on the tour package and will be communicated to participants at the time of booking. Mode of payments: Venmo, cash and credit card (credit card is the only method of payment for deposit or paid in full to make reservations).
13. Privacy Policy: Speedy Bea’z LLC is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. Personal information collected during the booking process or tour participation will be used solely for the purpose of facilitating the tour experience and will not be shared with third parties without consent. All tour participants may be audio/video recorded at any time. Video surveillance of security cameras is installed in some of our vehicles such as dashcam and cameras in our SUV’s and buses for our chauffeur’s safety, disrespecting vehicles and as well as for unruly and drunk passenger’s behavior. 14. Legal Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction the tour is taking place in. Any disputes arising from or related to the interpretation or enforcement of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerr County or surrounding counties.

**Point to Point, One Way Transfer Service, To Airport and From Airport is just that. A one-way nonstop transfer. This ONLY applies if your service type above is listed as such service. The vehicle arrives at a pre-arranged time, loads within 15 minutes, and provides one-way nonstop transportation. If the schedule allows for the vehicle and chauffeur to wait more than 15 minutes, additional charges will be incurred. There are no additional stops or drops. One pick-up location and one destination. Roundtrip service will offer the exact same for a reverse trip; must be pre-arranged and approved by management. (This does not apply to hourly charters where the chauffeur is dedicated to your group for an allowed amount of time. Wine Tours, Special Occasions or Hourly Chauffeured Services)

SUV/BUS TRANSFERS

• For any transfers performed other than leaving airports, clients have a 10-minute grace period. Any charges beyond the 10-minute grace period will be $35.00 for every 15-minute increment. If the client is not ready to leave in a maximum of 30 minutes, it is not guaranteed that the vehicle can wait any longer. We cannot be late providing a timely service to our other clients. We always recommend renting the car on an hourly basis.
• For airport transfers, clients have up to 30 minutes of grace period after the plane touches the ground. After that the waiting fee of $35.00 for every 15-minute increment applies.

San Antonio International Airport

The pickup location will be at the Ride Share Zone, located on the first floor between the passenger arrival pickup area and parking garage.

Austin-Bergstrom International Airport

The pickup location will be in the Bus Shuttle pickup area on curb, located on the first floor between the passenger arrival pickup area and parking garage.
